The Swedish Twilightmoms Saga

In the spring of 2009, an entry was written on a family forum somewhere in cyberspace.
It was written by a mom who wanted to get in touch with other moms who were as crazy about Twilight as herself.
After a while she was not only addicted to the Twilight Saga,
but to all the wonderful moms who responded to her.
With them she could discuss anything, and what began as a discussion about a book,
a movie, and some actors, quickly became something more: real friendship.
We are now some 20-odd women who have gotten real close and together decided to start this website.

What is a Twilightmom?

A Twilightmom is an older version of a Twilightfan.
Many have kids and partners, but it is not a necessity.
We do not wallpaper our house with posters and clippings from magazines,
mostly because the man of the house would throw a fit!
We also do not have to worry about the rating of the movies unless we have kids who want to go.
The best part of being a mature Twilightfan is that we get to drool over NC-17-rated pictures and stories!

One of our favorite quotes comes from Emmett Cullen in New Moon:
“Dating and older woman? HOT!”

Of course, we have to share our absolute favorite quote from the always charming Robert Pattinson.
This is what he said when asked what he thinks about Twilightmoms feeling dirty when being turned on by the much younger Rob:
“Oh, that makes it better! Feel dirty about it, feel dirty. Feel like it’s wrong!”
